Most problems in construction don't arise on site, but in preparation and coordination. Unclear drawings, a schedule that doesn't add up or parties working past each other: it costs time and money. With construction and project management by BEMUTO, you have an experienced partner who keeps the overview.
We handle work preparation, coordinate with contractors, suppliers and the municipality, monitor schedule, quality and budget and act as your point of contact. That can be within a project we carry out ourselves, but also as an independent supervisor on a project by another contractor.

What's the difference between construction management and construction supervision?
Construction management covers the whole project: feasibility, budget, schedule, tendering and contracts. Construction supervision focuses mainly on execution: on-site supervision, quality control and monitoring agreements. We can provide both.
Can you act as project manager when another contractor is building?
Yes. We then act on your behalf as the client. We check the quality, monitor the schedule and assess additional and reduced work, so your interests are well protected.
When should I bring in a construction supervisor?
Preferably as early as possible, ideally before the contractor has been chosen. Then we can think along about the design, the tender and the contract. But we can also step in during construction.
What does construction or project management cost?
That depends on the size of the project and the role you give us. We work on the basis of a fixed price or an hourly rate, as agreed in the plan of approach. You know where you stand in advance.
