Can you work while our business stays open?
Often, yes. We work in phases, screen off the work area and schedule noisy work outside opening hours in consultation. That way we limit the inconvenience for your customers and staff.
Do you also handle the permit and fire safety?
Yes. We take care of the building drawings, the environmental permit and the coordination on fire safety with the municipality and fire service. That way you avoid delays at handover.
Do you work for restaurants and hotels?
Yes. We refurbish restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels, from a new bar or kitchen to renovating complete hotel rooms. We plan the work so you have to close for as short a time as possible.
Do you take part in tenders?
Yes. We work for businesses, property owners, housing associations and public authorities and are used to tender procedures and specifications.
Can you provide construction management only?
Certainly. If you already have a contractor, we can provide project management, construction supervision or work preparation on your behalf.
