What does a complete home renovation cost?
A complete home renovation, including bathroom, kitchen, floors, walls, electrics and plumbing, costs on average €800 to €1,500 per m². For a 100 m² home that is roughly €80,000 to €150,000, depending heavily on the current condition and the level of finish.
Can I have a load-bearing wall removed?
Yes, in most homes that is possible. A structural calculation is required, and often a steel beam to take over the load. We take care of the calculation, any permit and the work itself.
How long does a renovation take on average?
A bathroom renovation takes 1 to 3 weeks. Remodelling the ground floor often takes a few weeks, and a complete home renovation 2 to 6 months, depending on the scope. You always receive a schedule in advance.
Do I have to move out during the renovation?
That depends on the scope. With a complete renovation, temporarily moving out is often the most comfortable option. With a partial renovation we work so you can stay at home as long as possible. We discuss this during the planning phase.
Does BEMUTO also handle demolition and waste removal?
Yes. Demolition, skips and the removal of construction waste are part of our approach. You don't have to arrange anything yourself.
