What makes BEMUTO different from a 'regular' contractor?
We combine design, the permit process and construction under one roof. You don't have separate parties waiting for or pointing at each other. We manage the entire process, with one dedicated point of contact and one tight schedule from start to finish.
Do you work for both private clients and businesses?
Yes. We work for private homeowners as well as business and institutional clients such as SMEs, property managers, housing associations, municipalities and project developers.
Which region do you work in?
BEMUTO works throughout the Netherlands, for private clients and businesses. We are very active in and around Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Eindhoven, Tilburg and Breda, and we are just as happy to travel elsewhere. Which craftsmen do you work with?
We work with a permanent core of our own staff and a network of specialised subcontractors selected for their craftsmanship and reliability. This allows us to deploy the right specialists for every type of project.
Can you handle large or complex projects?
Yes. Besides private renovations, we also carry out larger projects such as apartment buildings, schools and offices. Our engineering background makes us particularly well suited to more complex building projects.
Do you also offer drawings or permit support only, without construction?
Certainly. You can also hire us for just the design, the working drawings or the permit process. You only pay for what you need.
