What does it cost to have a home or villa built?
The construction costs of a new-build home are on average between €1,200 and €2,500 per m², excluding land. A villa with luxury finishing often costs more. The foundation, design and level of finish determine the final price. After an initial conversation we give you an honest indication.
How long does it take to build a home?
A detached home usually has a construction period of 9 to 14 months. Including design and permit, count on 12 to 18 months. You receive a concrete schedule in advance.
Can you also create the design?
Yes. Our drafting studio creates the design, the 3D visualisation and all building drawings. If you already have an architect, we are also happy to work from their design.
Do you build energy-efficient or gas-free homes?
Yes. New builds are gas-free as standard today and meet the Dutch BENG energy requirements. We think along about insulation, heat pumps, solar panels and ventilation.
Does BEMUTO also take care of the foundation and groundwork?
Yes. We coordinate the entire building process, including soil investigation, groundwork, foundation, shell and fit-out. You don't have to coordinate different parties yourself.
