Frequently asked questions from business clients
Can you work while our building stays in use?
Often, yes. We work in phases, screen off the work area and schedule noisy work outside opening hours in consultation. What is possible depends on the project; we discuss this during the intake.
Can you join a project that is already under way?
Yes. We can take over work preparation, project management or construction supervision, for example, even if another contractor carries out the work. We first review the status and the documents.
Do you also work on multiple buildings or a portfolio?
For maintenance, repairs and renovation we can work per building or make standing agreements for multiple buildings. We are happy to discuss what suits you.
What does a commercial building project cost?
That depends heavily on the type of building, the scope and the requirements. After the intake and a site visit you receive an itemised budget, so you can see exactly where the costs are.
