What does it cost to have building drawings made?
That depends on the type of project and the drawings required. A permit drawing for a dormer or extension is simpler than a complete set for a new-build home. After the intake you receive a fixed price, so you know where you stand in advance.
Which drawings do I need for an environmental permit?
Usually a site plan and floor plans, elevations and sections of both the existing and the new situation. Sometimes details or a structural calculation are also required. We know which documents your municipality asks for and deliver everything complete.
How quickly can I get a permit drawing?
For smaller projects such as a dormer or extension, you often receive a first draft within a few weeks. You'll hear the exact lead time during the intake.
Do I have to let BEMUTO build if you make the drawings?
No. You can also hire us only as architectural draughtsman or building consultant. If you'd like us to build it afterwards, that's of course possible too. Drawing and construction then connect seamlessly.
Do you also work for contractors and architects?
Yes. We also provide drawings, work preparation and permit processes on behalf of contractors, architects and project developers.
